1. Who we are

SolTools ("we", "us") operates the website soltools.fyi — a suite of free, non-custodial Solana blockchain tools. Contact: yoursearch2008@gmail.com

2. Data we collect

We collect almost no personal data. All tools run entirely in your browser. Your wallet private key is never transmitted to us — it never leaves your wallet extension (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).

We may collect:

• Wallet public address — temporarily held in browser memory when you connect your wallet. Never stored on any server.
• Ad-click events — anonymous click counts (page path, ad position, exchange name). No cookies set by us. No IP address stored.
• On-chain transaction data — any transaction you sign is broadcast to the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent by nature.

3. Cookies and third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies or track activity:

• A-ADS (a-ads.com) — crypto ad network. Only loaded after you accept cookies. May set advertising cookies. See A-ADS Privacy Policy.
• Affiliate partners (Bitvavo, Koinly, OKX, Ledger) — when you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set its own cookies. We receive a commission if you register or trade. This does not increase your cost.
• Jupiter — used for token swaps (SolSwap). Jupiter's API processes your swap request client-side. See Jupiter Privacy Policy.

You can decline cookies via the banner on your first visit. Declining does not affect any tool functionality — only advertising is blocked.

4. Affiliate disclosure

SolTools participates in affiliate programs. When you click partner links (Bitvavo, Koinly, OKX, Ledger, BullX, Photon) and make a purchase or trade, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This disclosure complies with AFM (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) requirements for the Netherlands and FTC guidelines.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under the following GDPR bases:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — anonymous analytics to improve tools
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — advertising cookies, only when you click "Accept"
• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — on-chain transactions you initiate

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident you have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete any personal data we hold
• Withdraw consent at any time (clear browser localStorage to reset cookie preference)
• Lodge a complaint with your national DPA (Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

7. Data retention

We do not maintain persistent server-side user records. Anonymous ad-click logs are retained for 90 days maximum. On-chain transaction data is permanent on the Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted by us.

8. Data transfers

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (servers in the United States). By using the site, you acknowledge data may be processed in the US under GitHub's privacy protections. See GitHub Privacy Statement.

9. Crypto risk warning

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated policy.
